A new home for life science innovation in Queensland
The LSI @ QIMR Berghofer brings together equipped open laboratories and private lab suites designed for biotech startups, medtech companies, and research teams. Located within the Herston Health Precinct, members gain proximity to leading institutes, hospitals, and universities, creating a powerful environment for collaboration and commercialisation.
The incubator was established through a strategic partnership between QIMR Berghofer and LSI to create a global hub for biomedical innovation in Queensland, accelerating breakthroughs and strengthening the region’s life sciences ecosystem.
