Vow is a cultivated meat company working on reinventing food from the ground up. In their own words, they are making food that is forged, not farmed. Their multidisciplinary team is working on making ‘ridiculously good meat’ that is more delicious and sustainable for everyone without breaking the bank. Before you ask, yes, this is the company that created a mammoth meatball in our lab. Shoutout to Bonnie for all the hard work, the CoLabs team was super impressed!
